Polygon Pour Across Split Line Boundary In Rigid Flex Design

Hello. I am doing my first ever rigid flex PCB and I have watched this video which has been really helpful.

However, I am trying to get a reference (GND) polygon pour on the internal layer across the split boundary, as shown in the figure below but I have had no luck thus far.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

"*split boundary*"? -- does it take the board outline clearance rule?
You may want to try to exclude the polygons from the board outline and use a keepout instead.

Looks like it had to do with the "Split Continuation" rule.
