Holes are not generated in Altium

Hello, I want to export a 3D STEP file of a PCB I'm working on but when I export it, everything is there apart from the Custom holes. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Oh and it's not only on this board. It happend on multiple PCBs and I don't know what the problem is.

That is because you have a big **VIA**. The 3D exporter only exports holes of **PADS**.Pad holes are exported on my end (AD 23.11)
