Routing possible in only one direction from a PAD in KiCAD

Hi @Phil ,I am able to route the track from a PAD in one direction only, can't able to route in other directions even with no near by components. Please see the attached image for the violation, not sure which rule is causing this, this happens with other components as well. In your video, you able to route with no issues.

Yea I've had that in KiCad a few times, usually your clearance rules

Yes, but not sure which clearance rule is causing this issue. I tried modifying all, it didn't really help. Temporarily, I did allow for DRC violation to continue with routing. Hope @Phil provide a response on what causing this issue.
