So i have a PWM signal in my class D audio amplifier. Frequency 1MHz and rise time of 1ns, i am generating this by comparing an analog signal to a 1MHz triangle wave does it need an impedance controlled track from comparator ic to gate drive ic of fet/mosfet

Just make sure it can handle the rms current

With 1ns rise time, what is the length of the trace?
If the length is < 10% of the propagation distance (~150mm/ns) it is not so much a problem.
