Hi im working on a motor driver circuit operating at 24v battery so can anyone guide if I have to use 1uf and 470 uf electrolytic capa in parallel how can it be im new to motors

Yes, you need both the ceramic and the bulk capacitance.
The ceramic is for the fast transient as the bulk capacitor is slow.
The bulk capacitor is to handle the bulk current as the connection (traces and wires) have inductance.
