PCB: Make the top view the bottom in the design VS flipping to view

Hi Folks,
Usually, when the PCB design view is NOT flipped, the user sees the Top/red copper layer on top. I like to arrange the design of the PCB so that this PCB top view in the design space corresponds to top in the overall product. However...
Sometimes (too often) when I inherit a design, it has been started in what I think is reverse. That is, flipped view shows the side of the PCB that I think should be considered top. Is there a way to switch this? Seems like a big pain in the neck to do manually.

I do not think it is possible. I would love to have also a feature which can rotate PCB in 2D .... I do not think that is possible either
