Hello , i have a problem when i want generate the BOM file in excel , the excel shows me the error " File format and extension does not match "... PS : the file format is .xls and i use EXCEL2016 in my pc .
so what's the difference between excel and excel worksheet ? and how i can solve the probleme . ?

You need to save it as an excel template file

When you edit the file, you need to: Save as .... Excel Template
