STM32 ST-LINK Utility can not connect to the card in normal mode.

Hello all, I designed my first card with STM. I am trying to connect with ST-Link but in STM32 ST-LINK Utility I can't connect the card in normal mode. However it works in Hot Plug mode. Does anyone have any idea about it?

I have had same problem, but can't remember what i did. Why are you st-link utility? It is kinda outdated. Try STM32CubeProgrammer first. Next can you show us your programming connections on schematic? How did you connect them?

Did you connect reset signal? I usually use "connect under reset". Can you try to hold your MCU in reset state and then try to connect?

How do you power your circuit? Which programmer do you use?

Have you uploaded software already? Are you sure you are not overwriting SWD pins in your software?
