Is it possible to create teardrops/fillets in OrCAD PCB Designer Standard 17.4?

I have found information about creating fillets/teardrops for the Professional and other versions, but it seems it's not possible in Standard (at least not with a simple command/button).My intuition is that I must create a shaped and then add that shape on the same layer somehow.
