I'm trying to develop my own esc. For that ecs I'm choosing drv8332 motor driver & TMS320F2800152-Q1. For these driver and microcontroller, how to calculate external resistance, capacitors, inductors, oscillators? And which amplifier is suitable for bemf sensing?

"And which amplifier is suitable for bemf sensing?" -- You do not need an amplifier. Just a voltage divider.
