which type of signal( DRAM_SDODT0 ) and ( ZQPAD ) is it, in component ( MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC ) for the DDR interface?

could you be more specific?
there is nothing really special about these signals. it should be easy to connect them based on a reference schematic.
